Rather than reissuing an existing Frieza mold with a new paint job, Bandai built entirely new sculpting for this release specifically to nail the Fourth Form's proportions, giving collectors a meaningfully upgraded version of one of the line's most requested villain forms.
Frieza's Fourth Form has a distinctive, angular silhouette that's proven difficult to translate into figure form without losing the character's screen-accurate look, so building new sculpting around getting that shape right addresses a specific, known collector complaint about earlier attempts.
With international pre-orders already open through Jump Ichiban since April 28, it's worth confirming a spot is still available before the October 2026 release window.
