We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, unword or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to make a request, please provide your order number and proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, we’ll notify you and you can mail your item to the address above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To return your product, mail it to address: 6300 Auteuil Avenue Suite 505, Brossard, QC J4Z 3P2, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance with tracking information. We’re not responsible in case your returned item is missing or damaged during delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if we approved it or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
